Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC WBO and ICC France), member of the working groups drafting the model contracts "Asset Purchase Agreements", update of the model contract "Turnkey - Major Projects" of the ICC Commission on International Trade Practices; Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Vice President of the IPBA Insolvency Commission; Member of the Arbitration Club (London) and the International Bar Commission of Paris; World Bank contributor for the Doing Business Annual Report (since 2006); Officer of the International Sales Committee of the International Bar Association (2003 - 2005); Presidency of the joint working group AFJE (French Association of Business Lawyers) - the International Commission of the Paris Bar on the Legal Privilege of Corporate Counsel (2002-2003).
