ETHICS

SMITH D’ORIA develops privileged partnership relationships with its suppliers and service providers in accordance with Corporate Social Responsibility. These relationships are based on the principles of the legal profession: dignity, conscience, independence, probity and humanity.

To this end, SMITH D’ORIA makes its teams aware of these ethical commitments in order to ensure their compliance.

ENVIRONMENT

Controlling environmental impacts is an essential aspect of SMITH D’ORIA’s CSR policy.

In this context, the supplier or service provider strives to reduce its environmental impacts and to implement all virtuous initiatives that are within its reach. The supplier or service provider will make its best efforts to implement:

- The best standards in terms of controlling environmental impacts (depletion of natural resources, respect for biodiversity, waste management, etc.).
- Reducing its consumption of resources (energy, water, etc.) and production of waste.
- An environmental management system.

PRO BONO & PATRONAGE

SMITH D’ORIA is developing an ambitious Pro Bono policy. Our team offers its skills free of charge during conferences and round tables hosted by our associates as part of our network of associations. The firm's lawyers can also engage in the defense of causes requiring non-economic involvement.

Since 2014, always with this CSR perspective, we have regularly organized art exhibitions within our premises in order to promote painters and/or photographers.
